Patrol officers observed a vehicle being operated in the area Sixth St. with only one functional brake light. A stop was initiated when John D. Thibodeaux was identified as the operator of the vehicle. According to reports, Thibodeaux was found to be in possession of suspected Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia. Thibodeaux was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.

Jonathan J. Motte, 34 years of age, address: Oak St. Morgan City, La., arrested on 04/06/2018 @ 3:13 p.m.

Jonathan J. Motte was located and arrested in the area of Garber St. on active arrest warrants held by the Morgan City Police. The warrants stem from an investigation conducted by patrol officers on March 31, 2018, when officers initiated a stop on a vehicle in the area of Railroad Ave. According to reports, Motte was an occupant in the vehicle and fled the scene on foot. Officers located suspected Marijuana and Hydrocodone that was linked to Motte. The area where this incident had taken place was within a Drug-Free Zone. The investigation continued and warrants were prepared for Motte’s arrest. Motte was transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.

Patrol officers observed a vehicle being operated in the area of LA 182 negotiate an improper turn. A stop was initiated when Joshua W. Lewis was identified as the operator of the vehicle. According to reports, Lewis was found to be in possession of suspected Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia. Lewis’ Louisiana Driver’s License was found to be under suspension and he held active arrest warrants through the 6^th Ward and 16^th Judicial Courts. Reports indicate that Lewis caused a disturbance during the investigation that drew the attention of patrons in the area. Lewis was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.

Patrol officers observed a vehicle being operated in the area of LA 182 in an erratic manner swerving from lane to lane. A stop was initiated when James M. Broussard Jr. was identified as the operator of the vehicle. According to reports, Broussard was found to be in an intoxicated state. Broussard was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail for Chemical Testing which he submitted to registering .125g% blood alcohol content. Broussard was booked and incarcerated.

Kirsty M. Richard was located and arrested at the Morgan City Police Department on active arrest warrants held by the Morgan City Police. The warrants stem from two separate incidents. The first incident occurred on March 18, 2018, when Richard allegedly struck the victim at an establishment near the area of LA 182. The second incident occurred on April 2, 2018, when Richard allegedly struck the victim causing injuries that required medical attention. The investigation in both of these incidents continued and warrants were prepared for Richard’s arrest. Richard was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.

Patrol officers observed a suspicious vehicle parked in a parking lot in the area of LA 182 with two subjects inside of it. The officers initiated contact with the subjects who were identified as Justin L. Campbell and Michael R. Wishman. According to reports, Campbell and Wishman were found to be in possession of suspected Drug Paraphernalia. The duo was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where they were booked and incarcerated.

Patrol officers observed a vehicle with improper lighting in the area of Federal Ave. The officer attempted to initiate a stop on the vehicle when the operator failed to comply. The vehicle traveled through several streets before stopping in the area of Laurel St. Levar J. Variet was identified as the operator of the vehicle. According to reports, Variet was found to be in possession of suspected Marijuana, Cocaine, and an open container of an alcoholic beverage. Variet’s Louisiana Driver’s License was found to be under suspension and the vehicle he was operating was not properly insurance as required by Louisiana Law and had a license plate that belonged to another vehicle. Variet was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.

Investigators with the Morgan City Police Department Narcotics Division with the assistance of the St. Mary Parish Narcotics Section executed a search warrant at a residence in the area of Oil Tank Alley. Kenneth Allridge was identified during the investigation. According to reports, Allridge was found to be in possession of suspected Crack Cocaine, Marijuana, and Drug Paraphernalia. Evidence was uncovered that the cocaine was intended to be distributed. Allridge was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.

Williams also did not possess his Louisiana Driver’s License. Williams was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.

Investigators with the Morgan City Police Department Narcotics Division observed a vehicle in the middle of Mallard St. blocking the road. A stop was initiated and Robert W. Jones was identified as the operator of the vehicle. According to reports, Jones was found to be in possession of suspected Marijuana. Jones’ Louisiana Driver’s License was found to be under suspension. The area where this incident had taken place was within a Drug-Free Zone. Jones was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.

Patrol officers observed a vehicle being operated in the area of Federal Ave. with improper lighting. A stop was initiated when Chantal T. Burke was identified as the operator of the vehicle. Burke was found to hold an active arrest warrant through the 16^th Judicial Court. The St. Mary Parish K-9 Division assisted in the investigation when K-9 Buddy showed a positive alert to the presence of narcotics in the vehicle. Burke was found to be in possession of suspected Methamphetamine,  Adderall and Drug Paraphernalia. Suspected Marijuana was located in a beverage in the vehicle which Burke was able to kick over striking an officer in the process destroying the evidence. Burke was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where she was booked and incarcerated.

Allegedly Lemons took items belonging to the merchant valued at $10.48 without paying for them. Lemons resisted officers while being taken into custody. Lemons was also found to hold an active arrest warrant through the 16^th Judicial Court. Lemons was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where she was booked and incarcerated.

Patrol officers responded to the Department of Motor Vehicle in regards to a subject producing fraudulent documents in order to obtain a driver’s license. Officers arrived when Marco T. Rivas was identified. According to reports, Rivas allegedly admitted to the fraudulent documents. Rivas was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.

Patrol officers observed a vehicle be operated in the area of LA 182 in an erratic manner swerving from lane to lane. The officer attempted to initiate a stop when the vehicle fled. According to reports, the subject fled on LA 182 traveling at high rates of speeds before entering upon US 90. The subject traveled at speeds in excess of 90 m.p.h. operating the vehicle in an erratic manner showing no due to regard to other motorists. The subject pulled over onto the shoulder of US 90 and when they fled on foot. After a short chase, Jonathan J. Ruffin was apprehended and eventually identified. Ruffin allegedly provided officers with a false name upon initial contact. Ruffin was found to not possess a valid Louisiana Driver’s License and the vehicle he was operating did not have proper registration. Ruffin was found to be in an intoxicated state. A firearm was located in the vehicle which Ruffin is prohibited from possessing due to being a convicted felon. Ruffin was also found to hold several active arrest warrants through the 16^th Judicial Court. Ruffin was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail. One at the jail Ruffin performed poorly on Standardized Field Sobriety Test. Ruffin submitted to chemical testing registering .111g% blood alcohol content. Ruffin was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.

Patrol officers observed a vehicle in the area of LA 182 blocking the roadway. The vehicle was observed by the officer when it proceeded on LA 182 swerving from lane to lane in a reckless manner in front of another vehicle in the area. The vehicle then stopped abruptly causing a crash. A stop was initiated on the vehicle when it as learned that these actions were connected to a disturbance that had occurred in the area of Glenwood St. Krystal N. Tolento was identified as the operator of the vehicle that was being operated in an erratic manner. According to reports, Tolento exited her vehicle, approaching the victims' vehicle and began punching the window. Tolento was found to be in an intoxicated state. Tolento performed poorly on Standardized Field Sobriety Test. Tolento was also found not to possess a valid Louisiana Driver’s License. Tolento was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail for Chemical Testing which she submitted to registering .169g% blood alcohol content. Tolento was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.

Quintin M. Williams, 35 years of age, address: Carriage Way Rd., Thibodaux, La., arrested on 03/29/2018 @ 9:47 a.m.

Quinitin M. Williams was located and arrested at the Terrebonne Parish Detention Center on an active arrest warrant held by the Morgan City Police. The warrant stems from an investigation conducted by the Morgan City Police Department Detectives Division on January 6, 2017, when Williams was identified as a suspect in a theft at a local business in the area of LA 70. Patrol officers responded to the area of Fifth St. in regards to a suspicious vehicle in the area. A description of the vehicle was obtained and located in the area a short time later. A stop was initiated when Leonardo H. Espinoza was identified as the operator of the vehicle. According to reports, Espinoza was found to be in an intoxicated state. Espinoza performed poorly on Standardized Field Sobriety Test. Espinoza was also found to be in possession of open alcoholic beverages in the vehicle and did not possess a valid Louisiana Driver’s License. Espinoza was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail for Chemical Testing which he submitted to registering .198g% blood alcohol content. Espinoza was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.

Patrol officers observed a subject operating a bicycle in the middle of LA 182 without any lighting on the bike causing a hazard. A stop was initiated when Brian E. Dixon was identified as the operator of the bike. According to reports, Dixon was found to be in possession of an open alcoholic beverage. Dixon became aggressive with the officer at which time he attempted to detain him. A struggle ensued when a handgun fell out of the pocket of Dixon. Dixon was arrested and handcuffed. Dixon was found to be a convicted felon prohibiting him from possessing a firearm. Dixon was transported to the Morgan City  Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.

Patrol officers responded to the area of Fifth St. in regards to a disturbance. Officers arrived when Kiosha A. Hebert was identified as one of the parties involved. According to reports, Hebert allegedly threatened the victim with a knife. During the altercation, Hebert stuck the victim which resulted in them being cut by the knife. There were two small children present during the altercation. When officers located Hebert she began to yell and cause a disturbance. Hebert was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where she was booked and incarcerated.

Blanchard’s Louisiana Driver’s License was also found to be under suspension. Dowell was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail for Chemical Testing which he submitted to resulting in  .180g% blood alcohol content. A search warrant was obtained to draw blood for Chemical Analysis which is pending at the Louisiana State Police Crime Lab. Ross was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.

Allegedly Williams and the juvenile were engaged in a fistic encounter. Both subjects were arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail for booking. Williams was booked and incarcerated. The juvenile was booked and released to a guardian.

Jeana Domangue was located and arrested at the Morgan City Police Department on an active arrest warrant held by the Morgan City Police. The warrant stems from an investigation conducted by patrol officers on March 14, 2018, when Domangue allegedly threatened the victim during an altercation. The investigation continued and warrants were prepared for Domangue’s arrest. Domangue was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.

Granger was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.
