Corey A. Mire, 29 years of age, Address- Hwy 182 Morgan City, La. was arrested on 11/20/2017 @ 6:52 pm.

Charge: Warrant-Failure to Appear for Criminal Neglect of Family (2cts)

Corey Mire was located in the area of Hwy 182 and Eleventh St. A warrant check revealed that Mire held active warrants for the 16^th Judicial District Court. Mire was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

Victor M. Gonzales, 37 years of age, Address- N. First St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 11/20/2017 @ 8:43 pm.

No Driver’s License

A patrol officer in the area of Sixth and Marguerite St. observed a vehicle cross the center line several times. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver, Victor Gonzales was asked to produce a valid driver’s license. A computer check revealed that Gonzales did not have a valid driver’s license. Gonzales was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

Sarah Crappell, 32 years of age, Address- Arenz St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 11/20/2017 @ 10:13 pm.

Charge: Domestic Abuse Battery

Officers responded to a residence on Bush St. in regards to a domestic disturbance. According to reports, the victim stated that Sarah Crappell had committed a battery on him during an altercation. Officers located Crappell inside the residence, placed her under arrest and transported her to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

     Antoine Randle was placed under arrest in the City Court of Morgan City for active warrants held for the 6^th Ward City Court. Randle was transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.

Charge: Warrant-Failure to Appear for Driving Under Suspension

An officer patrolling US Hwy 90 East, observed a vehicle weaving in and out the lane of travel. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was identified as Destiny Dinger. A computer check revealed that Dinger’s driver’s license was suspended. The passenger of the vehicle, Bethany Mecom was found to have an active warrant for the 16^th Judicial District Court. Both Dinger and Mecom were placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

Elaine M. LeBlanc, 38 years of age, Address- Gus St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 11/16/2017 @ 6:50 pm.

Charge- Possession of Sch II CDS (Methamphetamine) with Intent to Distribute
Improper Lane Usage

Detectives with the Morgan City Police Department Narcotics Division with the assistance of the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office Narcotic Division conducted a traffic stop on US Hwy 90. The driver was identified as Elaine LeBlanc. During the course of the investigation, officers located suspected methamphetamine in LeBlanc’s possession, which was packaged for sale. LeBlanc was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

Jerell A. Jones, 26 years of age, Address- Red Cypress Rd. Patterson, La. was arrested on 11/16/2017 @ 8:25 pm.

Charge: Driving Under Suspension

A patrol officer observed Jerell Jones driving a vehicle in the area of Hwy 182 and Cottonwood St. The officer had knowledge of Jones’ driver’s license being suspended. A traffic stop was conducted and a computer check confirmed that Jones’ driver’s license was under suspension. Jones was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

Shawn M. Taylor, 39 years of age, Address- River Rd. Berwick, La. was arrested on 11/17/2017 @ 2:06 am.

   A patrol officer in the area of Hwy 182 near Seventh St. observed a vehicle weaving in and out the lane of travel. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was identified as Shawn Taylor. According to reports, Taylor appeared intoxicated. Taylor was asked to perform the Standardized Field Sobriety Test, in which he performed poorly. A computer check revealed that Taylor’s driver’s license was under suspension. Taylor was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department. Once at the police department, Taylor was asked to submit to the chemical test for intoxication. Taylor’s results yielded a .150 g% of blood alcohol content. It was also determined that Taylor had a prior conviction of Driving While Intoxicated within the last ten years. Taylor was booked and incarcerated.

Kay L. Michel, 37 years of age, address: Fandal St. Gibson, La., arrested on 11/13/2017 @ 12:08 p.m.

Charges: Switched License Plate

Patrol officers observed a vehicle being operated in the area of Federal Ave. and the license plate that was displayed belonged to another vehicle. A stop was initiated and Kay L. Michel was identified as the operator of the vehicle. Michel was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where she was booked and incarcerated.

Patricia Savoie, 46 years of age, address: Fourth St. Morgan City, La., arrested on 11/13/2017 @ 3:00 p.m.

Charges: Warrant: Telephone Harassment

Patricia Savoie was located and arrested in the area of Federal Ave. on an active arrest warrant held by the Morgan City Police. The warrant stems from an investigation conducted by patrol officers on October 3, 2017, when Savoie allegedly continued to contact the victim via telephone after being instructed to cease. Warrants were prepared for Savoie's arrest. Savoie was transported to the Morgan City Jail where she was booked and incarcerated.

Peter V. Lund III, 37 years of age, address: Chatsworth Dr. Morgan City, La., arrested on 11/13/2017 @ 5:58 p.m.

Charges: Disturbing the Peace Intoxicated

Patrol officers responded to a local business in the area of Roderick St. in regards to a disturbance. According to reports, Peter V. Lund III was identified as the subject involved. Lund was found to be in an intoxicated state. Lund was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.

Investigators with the Morgan City Police Department Narcotics Division observed a vehicle being operated in the area of Brashear Ave. and the vehicle did not have a license plate displayed. A stop was initiated and Clifton Turner was identified as the operator of the vehicle. According to reports, Turner was found to be in possession of suspected Marijuana, Drug Paraphernalia, and two firearms. Turner was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.

Frank D. Peavy, 45 years of age, address: First St. Morgan City, La., arrested on 11/13/2017 @ 9:36 p.m.

Charges: Warrant: Theft under $1,000

Frank D. Peavy was located and arrested in the area of LA 182 on an active arrest warrant held by the Morgan City Police. The warrant stems from an investigation conducted by patrol officers on October 19, 2017, when Peavy allegedly stole $90.00 from the victim. The investigation continued and a warrant was prepared for Peavy’s arrest. Peavy was transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.

Dakota A. Daigle, 25 years of age, address: Second St. Morgan City, La., arrested on 11/14/2017 @ 12:23 a.m.

Juan C. Santos, 17 years of age, Address-Fifth St. Morgan City, La was arrested on 11/17/2017 @ 9:05 am.

Charge: Theft under $1000.00

   Officers responded to a local high school in regards to a theft. Through security footage, Juan Santos was developed as a suspect. According to reports, Santos was located by school officials and admitted to taking the item. Santos was placed under arrest and transported the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

Bryan K. Faulk, 33 years of age, Address- Village Lane Morgan City, La. was arrested on 11/17/2017 3:05 pm.

   Bryan Faulk was transported from the Patterson Police Department to the Morgan City Police Department for an active warrant he held for the 6^th Ward City Court. Faulk was booked and incarcerated.

   A patrol officer in the area of Second St. and Brashear Ave, observed a vehicle fail to stop at the stop sign. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was identified as Zacolby Granger. A computer check revealed that Granger’s driver’s license was suspended. The officer also located suspected marijuana in Granger’s possession. Granger was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

Gersson S. Viniegra , 33 years of age, Address- Main St. Patterson, La. was arrested on 11/17/2017 @ 10:46 pm.

Jason P. Cavalier, 42 years of age, Address- Hilda St. Morgan City, La was arrested on 11/18/2017 @ 6:15 am.

Officers responded to a local drug store on Brashear Ave. in regards to a theft. Management pointed out the individual to officers, who was identified as Jason Cavalier. Officers located items belonging to the store in Cavalier’s possession and one of the items was damaged. Cavalier was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

Joseph H. Pollard Jr., 56 years of age, Address-Federal Ave. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 11/18/2017 @ 4:33 pm.

   Officers responded to the area of Fifth and Greenwood St. in regards to an individual that was lying on the ground. Officers located the individual, who was later identified as Joseph Pollard. Reports indicate that Pollard appeared intoxicated. Pollard was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

William K. Rawls, 55 years of age, Address- Carrol Dr. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 11/18/2017 @ 7:50 pm.

   A patrol officer observed a vehicle in the area of Hwy 182 and Aycock St. crossing the center line several times. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was identified as William Rawls. According to reports, Rawls appeared intoxicated. Rawls was asked to perform the Standard Field Sobriety Test, in which he performed poorly. The officer also noticed an open container of an alcoholic beverage inside the vehicle. Rawls was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department. Once at the police department, Rawls was asked to submit to the chemical test for intoxication. Rawls results yielded a .122 g% of blood alcohol content. Rawls was booked and incarcerated.

Frank D. Peavy, 45 years of age, Address- N. First St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 11/19/2017 @ 2:40 am.

  Officer responded to a residence on Lousia St. in regards to a theft. According to reports, the victim stated that Frank Peavy had used her vehicle and had not returned it. The victim also believed he had stolen her purse. Officers were given a description of the vehicle and were able to locate the vehicle at a residence on N. First St. Contact was made with Peavy at the location where he was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

Herman Span, 48 years of age, Address- David Dr. Patterson, La. was arrested on 11/19/2017 @ 4:04 pm.
Charge: Disturbing the Peace Intoxicated

   Officers responded to a residence on Eleventh St. in regards to a disturbance. Officers arrived and located Herman Span. According to witnesses, Span had been at the residence causing a disturbance and would not leave. Reports indicate that Span appeared intoxicated. Span was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

Larry Washington, 39 years of age, Address-Fourth St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 11/19/2017 @ 11:43 am.

Charge: Simple Battery

      Officers were dispatched to a residence on Fourth St. in regards to a disturbance. According to reports, the victim stated that she and Larry Washington had gotten into a verbal altercation, which later turned physical. The victim alleged that Washington had pushed her during the altercation. Washington was located in the home and was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

Victoria M. Daigle, 35 years of age, Address-Duke St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 11/19/2017 @ 2:27 pm.

Charge: Theft under $1000.00

   Officers responded to a local business on Brasher Ave. in regards to a theft. Management provided security footage of the incident and the suspect was identified as Victoria Daigle. Officers were able to locate Daigle at a residence on First St. Reports indicate that Daigle admitted to the theft. Daigle was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

Nicholas Breaux was located in the area of Hwy 182 and Cottonwood St. It was determined that Breaux held active warrants for the 6^th Ward City Court. Breaux was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

Rochela Williams, 41 years of age, Address- Kentucky St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 11/15/2017 @ 11:27 am.

Officers responded to a residence on Fifth St. regarding a theft. Rochela Williams was determined to be the suspect in the incident for allegedly taking the victim’s wallet. Williams was located and reports indicate that Williams admitted to the theft. Williams was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

A patrol officer observed a vehicle in the area of Sixth St. and Gen. McArthur cross the center line of the roadway. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was identified as Jimmy Daigle. It was determined that Daigle did not have his driver’s license in his possession and there was no insurance on the vehicle. During the course of the investigation, Daigle was found to have suspected methamphetamine on his person. Daigle was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

A patrol officer observed a vehicle in the area of Hwy 182 and Everett St. with improper lighting. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was identified as Jack Phillips. It was determined that Phillips’ vehicle did not have valid insurance. Also, a warrant check revealed that Phillips held an active warrant for the Morgan City Police Department. The warrant stems from an incident in May of 2017, which alleges Phillips involvement in a domestic dispute. Phillips was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

Jason R. Cavalier was located and arrested at the Lafayette Parish Detention Center on an active arrest warrant held by the Morgan City Police. The warrant stems from an investigation conducted by patrol officers on November 07, 2017 when Cavalier allegedly made threats to a local business in the area of Roderick St. to cause harm to the employees. Warrants were prepared for Cavalier’s arrest. Cavalier was transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.

Patrol officers observed a vehicle being operated in the area of Onstead St. in an erratic manner with the passenger side door partially open. A stop was initiated and Kyle Darden was identified as the operator of the vehicle. Caleb P. Darden and a 16-year-old juvenile were identified as occupants. According to reports, Kyle Darden was found to be in an intoxicated state. Kyle performed poorly on Standardized Field Sobriety Test. Reports indicate that officers located suspected Marijuana, Amphetamine Dextroamphetamine, Promethazine, and Drug Paraphernalia. Evidence was uncovered linking the Darden Duo and the juvenile of the suspected marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia. Additional evidence was uncovered linking Caleb Darden to the Amphetamine Dextroamphetamine and Promethazine. The Darden’s and the juvenile were all arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail. Kyle Darden submitted to blood analysis which the results are pending. A record check indicated that Kyle Darden had one prior Marijuana Offense and Caleb Darden had two prior offenses. Kyle Darden also had prior Driving While Intoxicated Offense. The Darden’s were booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated. The 16-year-old juvenile was booked into the Morgan City Jail and released to a guardian.

Patrol officers observed a vehicle being operated in the area of LA 182 in an erratic manner cross the center line from one lane to another. A stop was initiated and Franklin L. Cockran was identified as the operator of the vehicle. The vehicle that Cockran was operating had a license plate displayed that belonged to another vehicle and his Louisiana Driver’s License was found to be under suspension. Cockran was also found to hold active warrants for his arrest through the 6^th Ward Morgan City Court. Cockran was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.

Patrol officers observed a vehicle being operated in the area of David Dr. negotiate an improper turn. A stop was initiated and Michael E. Barrett was identified as the operator of the vehicle. According to reports, Barrett was found to be in possession of suspected Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia. Barrett was also found to have an active warrant for his arrest through Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office. Barrett was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.

Patrol officers responded to a local business in the area of LA 182 in regards to a shoplifter. Officers arrived and Wesley J. Pierron was identified as the subject involved. According to reports, Pierron allegedly took merchandise valued at $98.34 without paying for it. It was also found that Pierron held active arrest warrants through the 16^th Judicial and 6^th Ward Morgan City Courts. Pierron was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.

Patrol officers observed a vehicle being operated in the area of LA 70 negotiate an improper turn. A stop was initiated and Jamichael P. Talmore was identified as the operator of the vehicle. According to reports, Talmore was found to be in possession of suspected Marijuana, Promethazine w/ Codeine, and a firearm. Talmore was also found to have several active arrest warrants through Lafayette, Iberia, and St. Mary Parishes. Talmore was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.

Patrick J. Lemoine was located and arrested in the area of LA 182 on an active arrest warrant held by the Morgan City Police. The warrant stems from an investigation conducted by patrol officers on 08/27/2017 when officers responded to the area of Aucoin St. in regards to a disturbance. According to reports, Lemoine was identified as one of the subjects involved and he allegedly caused damage to a vehicle exceeding $1,000 dollars. The investigation continued and warrants were prepared for Lemoine’s arrest. Lemoine was transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.

Patrol officers observed a vehicle being operated in the area of LA 70 negotiated an improper turn. A stop was initiated and one of the occupants of the vehicle later identified as Renodia K. Toussaint fled on foot. He was apprehended a short time later. The investigation continued and Wilbur Richard was identified as an occupant of the vehicle. According to reports, Toussaint was found to be in possession of suspected Heroin and Drug Paraphernalia. Richard was found to be in possession of suspected Alprazolam, Deca Durabolin, and Testosterone Enanthate, Marijuana, and Drug Paraphernalia. Toussaint and Richard were both arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where they were booked and incarcerated.

Leeann N. Jones, 31 years of age, address: Azalea Dr. Donner, La., arrested on 11/10/2017 @ 5:35 p.m.

Charges: Warrant: F.T.A.to Pay Fine on 10/10/2017 (3 Counts)

Leeann N. Jones was located and arrested at the Morgan City Police Department on active arrest warrants held by the 6^th Ward Morgan City Court. Jones was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.

Rudolph P. Aucoin Jr., 51 years of age, address: Despain St. Lafayette, La., arrested on 11/12/2017 @ 8:44 p.m.

Charges: Warrant: F.T.A. for Criminal Neglect of Family Hearing 10/06/2015 (2 counts)

Rudolph P. Aucoin Jr. was located and arrested in the area of Florida Alley on active arrest warrants held by the 16^th Judicial Court. Aucoin was transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.

Jeremiah Luke, 38 years of age, address: 79 Pines Morgan City, La., arrested on 11/13/2017 @ 1:59 a.m.

Charges: Warrant: F.T.A. to Pay Fine on 06/02/2016

Jeremiah Luke was located and arrested in the area of Brashear Ave. on an active arrest warrant held by the 6^th Ward Morgan City Court. Luke was transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.

Patrol officers responded to a residence in the area of LA 182 in regards to a subject requesting the police and hanging up the phone. Officers arrived and Guy M. Mabile was identified. According to reports, Mabile was acting in a suspicious manner. Mabile was found to be in possession of suspected Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia. Mabile was also found to hold an active arrest warrant through the 16^th Judicial Court. Mabile was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.
