Patrol officers responded to a business in the area of LA 182 in regards to a disturbance. Officers arrived when Drake Geisler and Erick Songe were identified. According to reports, Drake Geisler and Erick Songe were identified. Songe and Geisler allegedly struck the victims causing injury to one of them. Geisler was further identified in damaging property that belonged to one of the victims. Geisler and Songe were arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where they were booked and incarcerated.

Patrol officers responded to the area of Nebraska St. in regards to a subject returning to property after being told not to return. Officers arrived when Cassie Rankin was identified. According to reports, Rankin was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail. Once at the Morgan City Jail Rankin allegedly committed a battery on the officer. Rankin was booked and incarcerated.

Patrol officers observed Jarvis N. Mack operating a vehicle in the area of Brashear Ave and the officer had knowledge that Mack held several active arrest warrants through the Morgan City and Patterson Police Departments. A stop was initiated when Mack was found not to have a Louisiana Driver’s License. The warrants from the Morgan City Police stems from an investigation conducted by patrol officers on December 29, 2018, when officers observed a vehicle being operated in the area of David Dr. in an erratic manner in which Mack was an occupant. According to reports, a stop was initiated when Mack allegedly provided officers with a false name. When officers attempted to identify Mack he fled on foot. He was eventually identified as Mack and the investigation continued when warrants were prepared for his arrest. Mack was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.

Patrol officers responded to Garden St. in regards to a crash. Officers arrived when Vilma Garcia-Hernandez was identified as the operator of the vehicle involved. Garcia-Hernandez was found to operated her vehicle in a careless manner which resulted in the crash. Garcia-Hernandez was also found not to possess a valid Louisiana Driver’s License. Garcia-Hernandez was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where she was booked and incarcerated.

According to reports, Folse was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana, Amphetamine Salts, and Drug Paraphernalia. Folse was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.

Patrol officers responded to a local business in the area of LA 182 in regards to a theft involving an employee. Officers arrived when Shayna Tatum was identified. According to reports, Tatum allegedly took money from the business on July 4, 2018. Evidence was uncovered linking Tatum to the crime. Tatum was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where she was booked and incarcerated.

Patrol officers observed a vehicle being operated in the area of LA 182 in an erratic manner. A stop was initiated when Kordare M. Robinson was identified as the operator of the vehicle. According to reports, Robinson was found to be in an intoxicated state. Robinson performed poorly on Standardized Field Sobriety Test. Robinson was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail for Chemical Testing which he submitted to registering .141g% Blood Alcohol Content. Robinson was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.

Titus C. Trimm was located and arrested at the Calcasieu Parish Detention Center on active arrest warrants held by the Morgan City Police. The warrants stem from an investigation conducted by the Morgan City Police Department Detectives Division on June 21, 2018, while investigating the recent vehicle burglaries in the Lakeside Subdivision area. It was learned that Trimm was in possession of some of the stolen property taken during those burglaries. A search warrant was secured for Trimm’s residence when investigators located the stolen property. Investigators also located suspected Marijuana, Drug Paraphernalia, and money believed derived from illicit sales. The area where the incident had taken place was within a Drug-Free Zone. The investigation continued when warrants were prepared for Trimm’s arrest. Trimm was transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.

Patrol officers responded to the area of LA 182 in regards to a theft. Officers arrived when Heather Spencer was identified. Allegedly Spencer was found to be in possession of property that belonged to the victim valued at $400. Spencer was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where she was booked and incarcerated.

Patrol officers responded to a local business in the area of LA 182 in regards to a theft on June 28, 2018. Officers arrived when an employee of the business was identified. Katherine Richardson allegedly took items from the business valued at $26.62. The investigation continued when warrants were prepared for Richardson’s arrest. Richardson was located and arrested at the Morgan City Police Department where she was booked and incarcerated.

Investigators with the Morgan City Police Department Narcotics Division executed a search warrant at a residence in the area of Maine St. Jackie Phillips was identified during the investigation. According to reports, investigators located suspected Cocaine, Methamphetamine, Marijuana, and Drug Paraphernalia. Evidence was uncovered that the suspected Cocaine and Methamphetamine were intended to be sold in illicit sales. The area where the incident had taken place was within a Drug-Free Zone. Phillips was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.

Patrol officers responded to a residence in the area of Levee Rd. in regards to a disturbance. Officers arrived when Crystal Thompson was identified. Thompson was found to hold active arrest warrants through the 16^th Judicial Court. Thompson was found to be in possession of suspected Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia. A small child was located in the residence during the incident and the area of the residence was within a Drug-Free Zone. Thompson was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where she was booked and incarcerated.

Krystal N. Tolento was located and arrested at the Morgan City Police Department on active arrest warrants held by the Morgan City Police and 6^th Ward Morgan City Court. The warrants from the Morgan City Police stem from an investigation conducted by patrol officers on June 21, 2018, when they responded to a local business in the area of LA 182 in regards to a theft. Tolento was identified as one of the parties involved. According to reports, Tolento allegedly forged documents to take funds in the amount of $250.00. The investigation continued when warrants were prepared for Tolento’s arrest. Tolento was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.

Patrol officers responded to the area of LA 70 in regards to a shoplifter. Officers arrived when Betty Metrejean was identified. According to reports, Metrejean took items from the establishment in the amount of $33.61 without paying for them. Metrejean was also found to hold an active arrest warrant through the 16^th Judicial Court. Metrejean was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where she was booked and incarcerated.

Jeremiah J. Wiltz, 31 years of age, address: Fourth St. Morgan City, La., arrested on 07/08/2018 @ 12:45 p.m.

Charges: Warrant: Possession of Marijuana
                 Warrant: Possession of SCH II CDS (Methamphetamine)
                 Warrant: D.W.I.-Child Endangerment Law
                 Warrant: Illegal use of CDS in the Presence of Juveniles

Patrol officers responded to the area of Railroad Ave. in regards to a medical emergency. Officers arrived when Jeremiah J. Wiltz was identified. Wiltz was in medical distress. According to reports, Wiltz was observed pulling into a local business in that area and exited the vehicle when he collapsed. Officers administered life-saving techniques until Wiltz was transported to Teche Regional Medical Center by Acadian Ambulance. Wiltz was found to be in possession of suspected Marijuana and Methamphetamine. There were also three young children in the vehicle when this incident had taken place. Wiltz was also found to be in an intoxicated state. Wiltz allegedly admitted to being under the influence of heroin. A search warrant was secured to take blood analysis from Wiltz which is pending at the Louisiana State Police Crime Lab. Wiltz was released due to receiving medical treatment and warrants were prepared for his arrest. Wiltz was located and arrested in the area  LA 70. Wiltz was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.

Patrol officers observed a vehicle being operated in the area of LA 182 disregard a red light. The vehicle was also observed being operated in an erratic manner swerving from lane to lane. A stop was initiated when William G. Easterling Jr. was identified as the operator of the vehicle. According to reports, Easterling was found to be in an intoxicated state. Easterling refused to submit to Standardized Field Sobriety test. Easterling was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail for Chemical Test which he refused to submit to. A search warrant was secured for Easterling’s blood analysis which is pending at the Louisiana State Police Crime Lab. Easterling was booked into the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.
