Officers came in contact with some subjects in the area and detected an odor of marijuana. One of the subjects was identified as Abel O. Patrol officers were investigating a complaint on an unrelated matter to this incident at a local business in the area of LA 182. According to reports while handling that complaint officers detected an odor of marijuana emitting from another location. Officers made contact with a Tristan LeBlanc and she was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia. It was also found that LeBlanc held several active arrest warrants through the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office and St. James Parish Sheriff’s Office. LeBlanc was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where she was booked and incarcerated.

Patrol officers observed a vehicle traveling in the area of Front St. disregard a traffic control. According to reports a stop was initiated and Esmin Suazo was identified as the operator of the vehicle. During the investigation it was learned that Suazo’s driver’s license was suspended and the vehicle was not properly insured. Suazo was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.

The officer detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage while speaking with Turner. Turner performed poorly on Standardized Field Sobriety Test. Turner was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail for chemical testing. Turner submitted to chemical test registering .163g% blood alcohol content. Turner was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.

The warrants stem from an investigation in April of 2017 in which a stop was initiated for a stop sign and signal violation in the area of Fig St. According to reports suspected marijuana was located during the investigation. The area was within a Drug Free Zone. Landry was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.

Investigators with the Morgan City Police Department Narcotics Division conducted a narcotics investigation at a residence on Bowman St. According to reports investigators arrived to the residence and a male subject that was identified as Nico Q. Skipper fled out the rear of the residence. Investigators located Skipper inside a residence on Egle St. after hearing screams. Skipper fled again and was apprehended a short time later. During the investigation it was learned that Skipper did not have authorization to enter the residence. Skipper was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where during the search drug paraphernalia was located on his person. Skipper also held multiple active arrest warrants through the 6^th Ward Morgan City Court and Chitimacha Police Department. Skipper was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.

Dixon was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.

According to reports during the investigation Herman Butler was found to be in possession of suspected crack cocaine and alprazolam. Evidence was uncovered during the investigation that Butler was involved in the illicit sales of illegal narcotics. The area where the incident took place was within a Drug Free Zone. Thomas and Andrew M. Watson were identified as the occupants of the vehicle. It was learned that both Thomas and Watson held active warrants for their arrest through the 6^th Ward Morgan City Court. Suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia was also located during the investigation that allegedly belonged to Thomas. Dino D. Livingston, 33 years of age, address: Pelligrin St. Chauvin, La, arrested on 05/05/2017 @ 3:44 a.m.

Charges: Possession of a Firearm by a convicted Felon

Patrol officers observed a vehicle fail to stop at a red light in the area of LA 182. A stop was initiated and Randy L. Worthey was identified as the operator of the vehicle and Dino D. Livingston was identified as one of the occupants. According to reports Worthey’s drivers’ license was found to under suspension and he held active warrants for his arrest through the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office. Suspected methamphetamine and alprazolam was located on his person. A search of the vehicle produced a firearm that was in the immediate control of Worthey and Livingston and both were found to be convicted of felonies that prohibit them from possessing a firearm. Worthey and Livingston were arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where they were booked and incarcerated.
